Located right in the middle of Currie, the main town on the Island, the King Island Hotel is a modern brick building featuring a large bar, bistro, bottle shop and restaurant on the ground floor, and 13 king size motel units upstairs. The ground floor also houses the tote and gaming room. The bistro is open 7 days for meals and snacks, and includes an alfresco area while the restaurant is available for functions of up to 80 people. The motel section consists of 13 units all with king size beds, and some 2 bedroom units are available. All units feature electric blankets, heating, refrigerator, remote TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Our tariff includes a free Continental breakfast served daily in the Bistro.
